Alan is a versatile and methodical Case Manager with 15+ years of hands-on experience providing healthcare support to individuals and families in need. He is particularly skilled in managing care and therapy teams and supporting clients in the community.
Prior to becoming a Case Manager, Alan gained valuable experience managing and supporting a number of care teams responsible for the care and well-being of a client who suffered a severe brain injury. Alan fully understands the values of diversity, has a strong commitment to equal opportunities and uses his knowledge and expertise to make a positive difference in clients’ lives.
Alan’s academic background encompasses a degree in Psychology (Birkbeck College, UOL), International Relations (University of Cambridge), Health and Social Care Management (Bucks University) and a Master’s in Global Health Development (University College London). Alan is now pursuing a PhD looking at how technology can support individuals living with chronic health conditions.
