- Knowledge and skills in working with adults with learning disabilities and cognitive
difficulties (e.g. following Stroke and Brain Injury). - Significant experience of developing creative ways of forming a therapeutic alliance
and in tailoring psychological interventions to a persons’ individual needs - Extensive experience of working with clients and families/systems to support them with
mental health difficulties, life cycle transitions, adjustment, trauma and in
understanding the impact of their cognitive difficulties and tailoring approaches to
enhance independence and quality of life. - Systemic work using Integrative, informed mostly by CBT and Systemic Theories.
- Extensive experience writing high quality reports in a timely manner for various
medico-legal processes and purposes
