Gemma joins us after a successful career in publishing sales, having made a move towards business accounting in more recent years. Her role within the service is to ensure that the monthly invoicing responsibilities are dealt with smoothly and efficiently, and that we are continuously looking out for process improvements which could help our clients, associates and the service.
