Jasmin is a dedicated & passionate Associate Case Manager with a career spanning two decades in case co-ordination with children and adults in need. Jasmin has experience providing healthcare support to individuals and families and is skilled in managing care and therapy teams and supporting clients in the community. Jasmin provides clinical case management services tailored to individual needs using available resources efficiently and engages a holistic team approach to meet client’s needs.
Jasmin is an expert communicator with an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, their families, multi-disciplinary teams, solicitors, and expert witnesses. Client’s ethnicity and cultural needs are a focus that is emphasised in Jasmin’s Case Management work, with experience of working with diverse backgrounds.
